COMPREHENSIVE FITNESS AND HEALTH SCREENING PROGRAM

On your first session, your trainer will provide you with a Health History and Goal Setting Questionnaire to evaluate your current health and set achievable goals. Your trainer will also provide a full evaluation of your nutrition, overall posture, cardiovascular endurance, reactive & balance abilities, core stability, and flexibility to ensure you are on the right track toward achieving your goals.
On your second session, your trainer will take you through a workout and expose you to flexibility, self myo-facial release, and corrective exercises based on your initial assessments.

Our Metabolic Typing Program will give you the answer to how your body best processes foods. You will be categorized in one of three areas. “Protein”, Carb/Protein”, and “Carb”. Determining this will help you choose the right food combinations to achieve your weight management goals.
